| I just wanted to thank you for all of your work the past several months culminating in a beautiful wedding and reception for our daughter, Molly. When we chose the "Total Indulgence" package we knew we would need a lot of help for this bride with her busy work schedule AND because her wedding was 12 days after her sisters' wedding. We were not dissappointed in what you offered and in what you provided. After completing the process, I have a few other names in the service you gave us such as "stress-free", "well-organized", "good communication", "careful to maintain our budget", "composed", "flexible", "professional", and etc. Thank you for giving us what you offered and in directing and taking us to the vendors that you did. The florist, the linens, the cakes, the venue, the DJ, the printing, the bagpipes, everyone was a joy and privilege for us to work with and they contributed to the whole package of a beautiful evening for us all. | Hiring Robyn Martin as my wedding planner was one of the best decisions I could have made towards making my wedding a dream come true. From the very beginning, Robyn was extremely professional, on task, and more importantly, full of graciousness, kindness and warmth. My wedding presented several unique difficulties for even the most experienced of wedding planners. My husband and I are stationed half a world apart – in Japan and Hawaii. Beyond the geographical problems, we both work long hours with our military careers. Robyn had her work cut out for her! In addition, my mom and I presented our own set of challenges for her – we wanted a wedding with lots of people and lots of details! From the beginning, my wedding was no small feat to accomplish. Robyn stepped into a challenging role gracefully and effortlessly. She kept me organized, focused and moving forward. When I think back, without Robyn’s leadership and vision, I don’t think the wedding of my dreams would have happened! Several months into the planning, we had another challenge thrown our way – my husband found out his deployment to Iraq had moved up and we were no longer going to be able to get married in September. I was very upset, both by moving the wedding and by his deployment. Robyn was right there, not just as a wedding planner but as a friend. She lent a sympathetic ear and a kind word. And through her excellent planning, Robyn was able to ensure that I was still able to have the wedding of my dreams – to the tiniest detail. Throughout the several months of planning, Robyn’s professionalism and work ethic continued to amaze me. But, it was really the wedding week that Robyn’s talents as a wedding planner especially shined! Everyone who met her absolutely loved her – my groom’s family, my friends and the wedding party was all absolutely charmed by her. She was able to be directive and accomplish last minute tasks without sacrificing any of her warm spirit and professionalism. In the last week, when it felt like there was not enough time and too much to do, Robyn was amazingly efficient. When I got nervous or stressed, her poise and calm assurance really helped me to stay levelheaded. When any problems arose that week, Robyn was such an effective troubleshooter that I never even knew there was a problem! Robyn Martin was amazing as my wedding planner. Her services far exceeded my expectations. I would recommend her to anyone with much enthusiasm! She was truly a dream and a pleasure to work with. She was the reason the wedding of my dreams came true and I could never thank her enough. Most importantly, though, no only was Robyn an incredible planner, she is also now a great friend!
