We honestly do not know how we could have pulled off the wedding of our dreams without Robyn’s guidance, advice and contacts. She introduced us to the BEST photographer, wedding designer, videographer and many other vendors that were “top knotch.” Our engagement was 10 months and Robyn was there from Day One. She made those months so enjoyable and stress free. My parents, Jason and I became even closer while planning because Robyn took a lot of the responsibility and we were able to have fun! On the day of the wedding Robyn expected my mom and me to relax and enjoy the day. It was so nice to be able to enjoy that special time with my mom instead of running around doing last minute things. Where to begin?! March 18, 2006 Robyn helped provide the most wonderful wedding for our son, and daughter-in-law. It was simply amazing! Our daughter, Christy, would be getting married the following year, so we decided to work with Robyn as soon as possible! And what fun we had!! With the groom in Iraq and a very pro-active bride in pharmacy school, (who really knew what she wanted for her dream wedding,) we gave Robyn a few challenges with this one! Then we got the news that the original date of 7/7/07 had to be changed because of the deployment to Iraq of the best man & twin brother of the groom. We called Robyn in a PANIC!! Not to worry! She talked to every vendor and each and every service was re-scheduled to our new date within 48 hours or less! And, we did not lose a single vendor! It was unbelievable! Working with Grant’s schedule after he returned to Fort Hood, Texas from Iraq a year later was still a challenge, but Robyn can do ANYTHING!! The special touches, details and timing of Christy’s wedding were very involved and complicated. Nothing was overlooked and the wedding was seamless. Robyn proved all challenges were no problem for her to handle. Christy had her dream wedding—everything she had ever dreamed of and MORE—and we absolutely could not have done it without Robyn. Christy and I were never stressed because we knew that Robyn could and would take care of anything and everything! Grant loved working with her too! If ever there was a fairy tale wedding, this was it! We highly recommend Robyn and the services of her company! She has all of the necessary skills and contacts to produce personalized, flawless weddings, she treats her clients and her vendors with the utmost respect, she is creative, professional and unflappable, but most importantly, she is compassionate and wants “her bride” to be happy and this bride truly was.

As a professional wedding photographer I see things and know things at weddings that very few people have the opportunity to see and know. I see the level of stress that the bride, groom, and family are under. I am often behind closed doors with the family and wedding party when challenges are being dealt with or issues come up. I say this to express that there is a night and day difference between the weddings where Robyn is coordinating things and most other weddings that I photograph. Robyn brings invaluable experience and preparation to each event that minimizes the potential for unexpected issues to arise. More importantly though, when the unexpected does arise (i.e., arctic conditions or a tardy bride and groom) I have seen Robyn wisely handle things efficiently and effectively. Robyn's success is evident on the wedding day. I tried to remain calm when a snowstorm cancelled our rehearsal and rehearsal dinner! Robyn went all out to move all the wedding day plans to “Plan B!” Even though some guests couldn't make it, we had a wonderful snowy Christmas themed wedding with only a 20 minute rehearsal beforehand. Robyn raced to make it all come together with an altered and limited schedule. It was beautiful and moving. What could have been a real disaster turned out to be a fairy tale wedding! And, I got to enjoy the whole thing instead of spending the day in a panic!

When I first got engaged, I was so excited and happy. It was definitely one of the best days of my life. But then the reality of actually having to plan a wedding sunk in and I realized I needed serious help. I asked several people about wedding coordinators and Robyn’s name was mentioned more than once. I decided to look at her web site, read the testimonials and go from there. Needless to say, I made an appointment with Robyn and the rest is history. I immediately felt a connection with her – she really listened to what I had to say. From the very first meeting, my wedding began to take shape. She is able to take fragments and dreams of your wedding and weave them into something magical. Her organizational skills are amazing and she was always on top of things, which in turn, kept me on top of everything. I am writing from the Mother of the Groom’s perspective of the wedding. The wedding of our children, Scott and Janet, was a joint effort between the two families and, of course, Robyn Martin! Robyn is known as the “fairy godmother” of the bride, but she is just as much a “fairy godmother” for the mothers, as well. Robyn always puts “her bride” first, as she should, but she treats every member of the families involved with such compassion and professionalism. Robyn is extremely diplomatic and definitely KNOWS her etiquette! When we first met with Robyn, the fathers were concerned that the mothers and Janet would miss out on the FUN of planning a wedding. Let me tell you that we did not miss out on any of the FUN, but what we did miss out on was stress and all the hard work! Scott and Janet’s wedding was absolutely WONDERFUL!! We all had one of the most wonderful and memorable experiences of our lives, thanks to Robyn. She does all of the WORK and one would never know that it was really WORK by watching her. "Make lemonade!" That's the single most important piece of advice I got while planning my wedding. And it came from Robyn Martin at The Wedding Belle. I knew that there would be setbacks to planning my wedding, but I was not aware of the personal obstacles I wold have to overcome to reach my wedding day...bitter bridesmaids, lost friendships, pre-marital strife. From contacting non-responsive guests, compensating for unexpected arrivals, and creating and re-creating itineraries to numerous "emergency" meetings, gift delivery, and guidance in the seating chart, Robyn held my hand the whole way, chanting, "Make Lemonade!" Robyn's positive, can-do attitude at taking a sour moment and turning it into something wonderful is what sets her apart from others. I had met with several other wedding coordinators before I met Robyn. She is the only person who shared some of her own stories and experiences in taking the dreaded "what if" moments that every bride fears, and still managing to turn those moments into the dream wedding. Without Robyn by my side during this planning process, and in the actual coordinating of the reception, I definitely would have washed my hands of everything and eloped! I would recommend Robyn for any kind of event coordinating, and am myself planning to take advantage of her knowledge, grace, encouragement, and calming influence in an upcoming shower.
